"Horrible customer service. Staff arguing in kitchen area. One female returning from delivering order outside had a bad attitude. Food was hours old and was not done to requested order. Requires training in customer service and professional. I know it is a service job but more should be expected from your employees. It was a sad sight. Must do better if you care about your business"
"I stopped at this McDonald's while on a road trip around 1600 on a Saturday. There were 2 people ahead of me inside and a few in the drive thru. I did not receive my food until around 1740. The staff ignored all the customers upfront at the register, and the patrons from the drive thru had to park their cars and come inside to get their food. No one who ordered inside knew their order numbers because the machine was printing out blank receipts. The lady that I identified herself as the manager was told this and ignored the problem. She spent the entire time that I was there throwing food around on the counters. Cussing and having a general distaste and rude attitude with everyone in the store. To be clear, they were not understaffed. There were roughly six to seven employees in the back. On the bright side, they do have two large game kiosks which entertained my children for the entire time, and the ice cream machine was working. If the restaurant had been clean, it would have been a very nice place to sit and have a quick meal."
"This McDonald’s was okay, the inside was nice and inviting. All our orders we fresh and hot!! The only problem I had was we found a hair in one of orders but, they fixed it really fast with no hesitation!! I would visit here again whenever I get a chance!!"
