"I've always had a great experience here. The folks here work hard, and answer any questions. The delivery drivers for our area are second to none. I've never experienced such friendliness and service before. There have been times where they forget a package and they make the trip all the way back to my house to deliver the same day. The people who work here make it great!"
"I don’t understand these people that give low reviews, I’ve lived all over the USA and their hours are better than most, others close at three being new to the area this has been one of the best facilities I have been in and for a small town As some call it, it is wonderful the workers are always courteous and very friendly I hate their score is so low because they do not deserve it"
"The people that work here get FIVE stars. They are very friendly and helpful. I give the post office itself ONE star, because of the hours of operation, and that they do not have a kiosk where you can buy stamps and ship packages like other post offices do. Typical government thinking ... open an hour AFTER most people are already at work and close an hour BEFORE they get off. At least if there was an automated kiosk outside of the business center, it wouldn't matter that I arrived at 4:15 and they were closed. I could have weighed my package, bought postage and mailed it instead of being very frustrated that I have to make another trip."
"I happen to think this post office is pretty good. I come from an area where the post office is huge and always extremely busy. It’s refreshing you have such a small post office close by. They are very personable and do a very good job every time I’ve been there. They are very knowledgeable on the area and have given you great advice to someone new in town. Thank you for making my family feel welcome. Keep up the good work."
"After looking up the post office hours and seeing it was open from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on a Wednesday, I drove to the post office and expected to arrive about 3:50 p.m. I arrived at 3:53 p.m. (per cell phone time). The door was locked and two postal employees were assisting two people who were serviced and left by 3:55 p.m.. No one else was in the service area at the time. A service employee was about to walk into a back entry door and was asked why the door was locked. "Charlie", a nice enough fellow, advised that the doors were unlocked at 15 minutes before 9:00 a.m. and locked 15 minutes before 4:00 p.m. First, that is not 100% accurate, as I arrived one morning at 8:30 a.m. (not knowing the opening time was 9:00) and waited. The doors remained locked not until 9:00 a.m., but after the clock struck 9:00. So, the doors appear to be unlocked and locked when the postal employees want, not based on the posted open for business hours. My suggestion is to post the hours you are actually open, not random times for appearance sake. Along with my frustration of the post office not abiding by their posted times, but the postal employee behind the counter not assisting anyone just staring at me, making no attempt to assist or communicate with me. I suppose a big thanks for impressing upon me the unreliability of government employees is in order, but my frustration prohibits being thankful at this time. I hope one day to pick up my sign for mailing, since I can't seem to be home to sign for it due to my conflicting work schedule."
