"There are a few good individuals in this office at the front desk but the staff are mainly rude and impatient. There have been so many hiccups over the years. Every year people have to wonder when they will get their refunds or how their fees will get paid. It will take them 3 inquiries before the front desk ever schedules you to talk to someone. This is the office that was made many students re-consider schools. Then you have the Registar office. Same thing with them. They don’t communicate with the other offices very well so if they tell you something wrong or that doesn’t make sense, then send you on the other side of the campus, you just got sent there for nothing because now you have to walk back to this office, then back to that office and vice versa. They sent you on a wild goose chase wasting you precious time when they could’ve took some of theirs to make sure it was right the 1st time."

"The experience with these rude unconcern people make me want to entirely go to another school. They do not know how to talk to people, they show no empathy nor concern about anything any person is going through. I went to turn in appeal and the people in the office talk to you any kind of way. So rude make me wish I never attended here. Like I made a really bad choice coming here. Why are y'all so rude?"
