"Only wish they had -0. I arrived a little after four an the door was locked with customers inside an was told by a employee that she was close an to go to another post office"
"Most areas you know around the time your mail gets delivered. Not coming from this station. Sometimes it's 3-4pm or it could be 8pm. This location not even open at this time. Why our mail gets delivered this late? Oh, maybe because it's always a different employee. It's very frustrating and such an inconvenience."
"Employees have always been friendly. This review is about a mail delivery person. The mail delivery person already made his normal deliveries, however about 2:30-310pm. I spotted a mail delivery driver speeding down my street. The speed limit is only 10mph here. And this person was going between 25-30mph down my street. So please inform this driver that the speed limit in Linpark Trailer park is only 10mph. He was driving way too fast for me to run out and slow him down. He's already made his deliveries here. Did he miss someone and decided to blow down my street (Concourse A) to fix his mistake before quitting time? I'm very disturbed about this!"
"Employees are not friendly and almost rude. Being a postal work is an important job and comes with responsibility. If you don't like your job, give it up to someone that wants it. Tried to meet with the station manager but received conflicting information. One employee with short hair said he was at lunch, another with long braids said he was gone for the day, another said he had not been at work all day. Does anyone know what's going on? Maybe that's why our mail is inconsistent and takes 2 weeks. Based on the Google and Yelp reviews this is not a new problem. Will it ever be addressed?"
"I've gone to this post office for more than 8 years at least, and there has HARDLY and RARELY been a time where at least TWO check-out desks were open. There is always one lady working there despite the other THREE check out desks that always remain idled. And sometimes I shake my head thinking this is ridiculous. I'm sure other countries know better customer service than this. Today I went in there to simply drop off a free-labled packaged book. It would have taken just 20 seconds and I'd be out the door. Behold, there were at least 9 people ahead of me,and many more that came in after me, waiting on this ONE lady to take care of every single one of us. It's December 15th, and this stupid post office has no common sense that the holidays would be heavy traffic. I was there for what seemed like 20 minutes. People have places to go and errands to run. Even a few guys behind me though this was silly, and they even said this was not always the case. It just reminds me of Wal-Mart; how all those check-out lines are there but only two are open. What's the point in even making so many if only ONE person is just going to be there? I'm sure if the post offices turn into self-check out, it might even go faster than that since they don't want to hire anybody anymore. Silly, Silly, SILLY post office."
