"I've had a wonderful experience with Mona as a mental health counselor. The staff is friendly and the billing is easy. Highly recommend."
"I'm sure this organization has helped many families. However, I'm not sure where we fit in the case management or case plan. I had a fabricated and exaggerated CPS report called on my family. Our case was referred to Homebuilders. My case worker came out once to see me one time and called me on the telephone one time during the 28 days she had my case. I did not receive any referrals or community resources which I thought was the purpose of my referral to Homebuilders. There were also a couple of occasions where she would call to tell me she was coming to do a home visit but did not show up or call to let me know she would not be arriving. I don't think she valued or respected my time. I wish I would have had a better experience. I hope moving forward the case managers conduct themselves in a more professional manner. I understand I wasn't the ideal candidate for this type of program considering my children are not abused or neglected but I expected to have at least some referral and community resources given to me. I'm just happy our case is closed because I value my privacy and don't like people in and out of our home or in our life unless they're contributing in a meaningful way."
