"Capt. John was absolutely wonderful, he was very helpful, knowledgeable, funny and a wonderful Captain! This was my first time being on a charter & fishing like this in general. We caught them left and it right it seemed. We had a group of 3 (myself, husband & brother) & caught around 50 Speckled Trout & a few other fish that I've forgotten what they are called. I'm already wanting to come back at least once a year & have a charter trip with Captain John. It was fin-tastic! See what I did there? Seriously 100/10 definitely recommend. "On our annual fall fishing trip, we had the opportunity to fish with Captain John. Very friendly and personable. Definitely what I call a "People's Person". Fall can be a tough time to fish, but with his knowledge he was able to put my gang on the fish. The guys I fish with are very good fisherman. He was very glad to share his knowledge of the area and methods to fish them. Though he will fish anytime of the year, he said that his best trips are from late spring and through the summer. Weather permitting, he likes to fish the beaches for lunker trout and reds. Then, if you're not whooped, venture out to some near shore fishing around the gas rigs in the Gulf. Whether you want your string pulled or take some fish home to eat, I would recommend his guide service."
