"I just discontinued my service with them over a lack of communication, aggressive behavior and threats. My therapist informed me the front office would send me a link in order to pay my $4.85 copay. I just received an aggressive call from Courtney that I could not be seen if I did not give her my card info. I again informed her that my therapist stated I did not have to give my personal card info over the phone and a link would be sent to me to update the payment info. She stated that was false, snapped at me and told me if I didn't give it to her I could no longer be seen. I informed her I would be looking for another provider and I did appreciate her being aggressive with me when I was following the instruction of my therapist."
