"I'm not normally a person who writes reviews but I am very disappointed. I scheduled an appointment with Ms. St. Hubert through her website with Saint's health. My original appointment was August 10, 2022 at 3pm. At 2:55 she text me letting me know there were documents I failed to complete before my appointment. She asked if I would be available tomorrow instead of today and we agreed on the same time for August 11, 2022. I hopped on zoom for 3pm and Ms. St. Hubert wasn't available. By 3:04 I reached out to her via text using the same number she contacted me from. By 3:10 there was no response so I called her, she then decided to text me saying she's currently attending to an emergency situation at the moment and she apologized. I asked her if the appointment was canceled and it is now 3:22, so I decided to cancel it myself because she never responded. I was really excited to start this journey and this was very unprofessional of her and discouraging. The least she could have done was reach out to me prior to the appointment to either cancel or let me know she would be running late. This was very disheartening and I don't want a therapist who doesn't see my mental health as a priority. I hope this can help anyone seeking therapy."
