"I got hired and orientation at may 10th I paid and drove to Baton Rouge for hours to get back ground check paying money order about 50+10=$60 and cpr $55 never got recompensed and training only two times and throw you out there online training still not paid and takes forever to be assign a child don’t know which HR or boss or manager to talk to probably ms. Michelle or RBA Whitney after month of waiting decides to give me 2 hours a day mon to Friday and expect me to pay bills and live off of two hours of work a day and never response to email on time nor check up on you but they’re still hiring some people get assign child quickly some after few months still not assign a child not a guarantee job to pay the bills waste of time and money do not make the same mistakes I did"

"Applied for services months ago. Was told my child could not go to the center due to behavioral problems. My child was interviewed once at home by butterfly effects Rep and one at the center”A interview that took place in a room with another parent and another child at the same time”Shame .It just shames me you make a huge decision after 2 interviews. I feel my child was never given the opportunity to show who he truly was. Loving. Joyful. After months of waiting my child received an At home Aid Finally. Excited, but She quit after one week, she was not trained properly at all. She didn’t have any material or Itinerary. She quit And said it wasn’t worth her gas. Now supposedly Butterfly effect doesn’t have anymore at home aids to send. Please stop wasting parents time. Look else where that takes a child with special needs seriously."

"I don't even know where to start with this review. I'm not even reviewing as a disgruntled former employee (although I am) I'm also reviewing as a parent with a child on the autism spectrum. The things that I witnessed while training the one day I worked at this location is appalling. If you don't mind paying a fortune for ABA therapy and having the BCBA be on her cell phone texting most of the time during small group sessions or you don't mind RBTs and the BCBA kissing on your child despite the covid pandemic (also this is supposed to be a no physical contact type of therapy especially for autistics) then this place is for you. Unfortunately, I would never recommend this place to anyone. New employees are only trained for two days before they're given a client. That's not enough time to provide quality therapy. If you're utilizing this place as daycare then I guess it'll be okay. After dealing with this company I need therapy."

"We started with Butterfly Effects around the beginning of the summer. In just that short time I have seen more progress in my child then working with the local school system. So much in fact that I have decided to keep him with Butterfly Effects instead of trying to mainstream him in a broken public school system. I can't thank you enough. One step at a time you are changing his life for the better. I wish I could give you more than just 5 stars. Thank you.."
