"Tiffany at counter is very immature and unprofessional. Her supervisor handled my complaint with "You feel better?" And "You just wanted to vent, didn't you?" When I told him about his subordinate's poor behavior. Don't know who his supervisor is, so just don't come to this USPS for professionalism from anyone. Better to just use the self-service/drop-off boxes outside instead."
