Brave Living Center, located at 3350 Ridgelake Drive in Metairie, Louisiana, is a health institution specializing in trauma and PTSD counseling. If you are struggling with nightmares, anxiety, depression, or relationship conflict due to past experiences, Brave Living Center offers compassionate and effective counseling to help you heal and live your best life now.

With over 15 years of experience in helping individuals heal from traumatic experiences, Brave Living Center is committed to creating a courageous culture that changes lives. Terri, the lead counselor, has worked with military, veterans, and children, and specializes in Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.

In addition to trauma counseling, Brave Living Center offers integrative yoga and meditation training, as well as sessions for depression and anxiety. Limited in-person appointments are available for fully vaccinated clients, with online sessions also offered. Payment is due at the time of service, with sliding scale opportunities available.
