"Appointment was 11 am, arrived for check in 1045, was told to put trailer between Door 46 and 52, get to the Dock Door area, very little room to maneuver to get into dock, much less to get out of Dock. I had to unhook from the trailer so that others can back in and leave the Dock area. There is a Canal in front of docks."
"Very long time to load. Parking is very difficult, there is very little space. 1.5 hours waiting for the door, then an hour later they said that they needed to move to others, initially they said something else. At the entrance to park at the door is difficult, need help."
"Tight parking. Small room. This place is a mess. The parking is not set up to 65’. They know that, but they don’t care. Be cautious drivers with the escarpment. It is very dangerous."
"The facility is ok, kinda tight parking to the dock but doable. The only inconvenience is you can’t check in here you have to go to Chevron gas station/ Truck stop to check in!!! It’s annoying, they need to make an office here at the warehouse, unloading time is pretty fast, got unloaded in an hour"
