"The ride from airport to the hotel was not good. Driver was supposed to be inside with sign. Instead he was outside, had to find him. The car was nice but the smell was terrible. No water. Inside temp was too hot and he did not speak English well enough to ask him to cool it down. The return ride was awesome and the reason for 5 star rating. He arrived early. Car was comfortable and clean. Had cold water and mints. Nice temperature and soothing air freshener. Thank you!"

"I had a few days to reflect on my experience with Luxury Rides. I searched through multiple advertisements, Facebook and IG for a local companies and local numbers. My need for a particular type of vehicle made it very difficult. I reached out to two companies including Luxury Rides. The first company interaction was short and disinterested. The Rep brushed my questions off and stated he would get back to me. Never did. Luxury Rides owner Ahmad was courteous, attentive during the first down to the final communication. Every conversation placed my worry to ease. He explained to me the vehicle type wasn't in inventory was able to accommodate my need for the event. The car was immaculate!!!! He explained his policies and the app to check the status of the driver during route, message/communication feature is really cool! The driver Yosthin! The driver was PROFESSIONAL, polite, knowledgeable, and early. Early!!! I love that! He asked about any additional details before the start of the event so everything can run smoothl. I received so many compliments and raves about the presentation and the drive. I will definitely use Luxury Rides Again. A investment well worth it!"
