Coming from someone with chronic back pain since 1993, I can't say how much I recommend Advance Physical Therapy above all the Neurologist and their lack of prescribing Physical Therapy, that I have received over the years since returning home. Since moving back in 2006 I have been searching for a Psychical Therapist and a good Neurologist for injuries that occurred in 2 automobile accidents by careless drivers. Thanks to Dr Domangue from Houma, LA who has his own Hospital in Hammond, La who recommended Jason after I had 2 super low invasive rhizotomy surgeries, while needing a 3rd one on my upper Thoracic region. I had previous top care in Little Rock, Arkansas that I took for granted as I had not found until this year (2020) by what I now know was very advanced and the least invasive back surgery called Arthroscopic Discectomy in 1994. Since it took all these years to find a doctor that even knew or understood about this old procedure where my list of previous doctors included New Orleans Saints as well as LSU football back doctors. Most had no idea to my surgery as when they did a routine physical exam they asked why I had no scar on my lumbar region of my back? So even though I only had most of my schooling in nursing college and working as an orderly in a psych-ward in Arkansas, and I even read about Microscopic Discectomy. I had to explain to my so-called previous 5-6 "Neurologist" that it was done via my right lateral hip with a long needle only the size of a knitting needle so after the surgery which I was wide awake and viewing the surgery from a real time x-ray machine, that all I needed was a band-aid. Due to age and the many years lack of the correct physical therapy or simply no recommendations of physical therapy. Instead the only option that was offered was pain medications. Which they are the ones to only give this option, now they act as though it was my idea and due to my age things have progressed negatively since I didn't do my research as well and I allowed my last Doctor to preform a spinal steroid injection. That now has resulted in much more pain than what I was already suffering, super unbearable pain. So if you have been having the same luck all I can say is don't give up, Advance Physical Therapy really care about you and understand all types of surgery and offer customized therapy with the most professional and positive attitude I've had since moving back in 2006."
