"I contacted Toups insurance after Progressive insurance denied a homeowners policy for my mother. My mother has done business with Progressive for years and due to the age and location of her home, they would not provide coverage. Progressive then referred Toups insurance. I immediately contacted Toups and Angela listened carefully to my concerns and immediately knew how she could help.
