"Repairs done timely! Major job. Transmission in older CL713. Just wore it out. 500,000 miles or better smooth communication, quote and time expected was all accurate. Large bill, but already about knew what it would be. They got me back to work promptly. No leaks, all ready to go with a nice warranty. If you don’t want to do it yourself, you should support your Mack dealer so they can be there to support you. Yes, it was expensive. But most times you get what you pay for. I am happy with all involved. After picking it up, we held a memorial service for my checkbook. Without their help it would have died eventually on its own. We are back earning a living. Just one of the many bumps in the road for us truckers. Long live Mack Trucks!"

"Excellent experience! Yes the prices are high, but it is a DEALER, what can you expect. Walmart is within long walking distance about a mile, otherwise not much to do. There is a small pond down the service road on the south side that does have fish and a small gator, though I did see signs of a larger one, but could never find it."

"I brought my truck to this place for a head gasket repair. They fixed what they wanted to fix and told me it was my oil cooler and rocker box housing. Cost me $3600. 3 weeks later I notice oil leaking again from same areas and still losing coolant. Took them 3 weeks to fit my truck into the schedule to assess the problem that should have been fixed the first time. It took another week of me calling and asking had they found the leak on my truck. Finally I get a call the following week and was told, "We got the cylinder head off the truck. Looks as if the head gasket was for sure leaking". So when I told him that's what i originally brought my truck there for and he says, "Well it wasn't leaking when we went in to fix the other things". And went on to say "We will warranty everything up to the head". Ok fine, what's it going to cost me? He gives me a quote for $3800......Needless to say I Did Not let them continue to scam me anymore. So Please, Beware of their scams at this place and try to find an honest mechanic or shop that does good work. There's not many, but they do exist."
