"We had a wonderful stay at the property we booked, it was a beautiful house and charming neighbourhood just a few blocks from Jazz Fest. The house was clean and ready, excellent communication and everyone was very helpful! They were great to work with, will definitely book and stay at one of their properties for our next New Orleans visit."

"Avoid this company. I stayed at a property that this company managed on Gravier street throughout Labor Day weekend 2023. I am not a person who is typicallY compelled to leave a bad review. This property was not properly represented. Do yourself a favor and always check the surrounding areas if you are renting from this company. My family felt unsafe from the moment we pulled on to the street. After watching a drug deal issue going on through a neighbor phone conversation on our lawn and then a gang type initiation going on 2 houses down I called the host to ask what options we had before we ever unpacked. I was ultimately given no options and was told that a refund even for 2 of the 3 nights would not be allowed. My children 6,11,13 all felt unsafe and were asking if we could pleas move. Due to the price that I had already been fully charged I could not afford to up and leave until a resolution with our hosts was reached. They left us hanging all weekend just assuming that we would settle in and be ok. My mother wife and kids were harassed by neighbors in front of the house. There are dilapidated properties surrounding this property. Trash left on the streets that had been there for more that 3 weeks according to one neighbor. 2 Uber premium drivers declined our rides due to the area being unsafe. NOPD confirmed the area was not the safest for families. On top of all of these things the house was relatively nice besides a less than ideal cleaning. Body hair left in multiple places. We felt stuck and when I mentioned the issues and was asked to explain why we felt unsafe I described the look of the individuals that were out front just like I would describe to the police department. Because I described someone's appearance by color I was called a racist by this host and she proceeded to yell at me that I was trying to ruin a small business. Heather was unpleasant. Max tried to calm the situation but did not avail because I never received a list of properties that they promised to send. This rental was through Airbnb. The host reported that I made discriminatory comment to Airbnb and they have now blocked me unless I agree to their inclusion guidelines. For the record my extended family includes people of different races. I would never make a comment like she said. And that being said for her to take a cheap shot after threatening me was a low blow. Avoid this group is all I can say. They do not have your best interest at heart. I was willing to be reasonable but they made it impossible. Hopefully they will enroll in a safety course and customer hospitality service training to avoid these issues in the future."

"I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at this vacation rental, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment with others. From the moment we arrived, it was evident that this place was not up to par. Let's start with the staff. The staff members were incredibly unprofessional and seemed disinterested in providing any kind of service. It felt like they were doing us a favor by acknowledging our presence. Our inquiries were met with vague and dismissive responses, leaving us feeling frustrated and unwelcome. A lack of basic courtesy and hospitality really tainted our overall experience. The maintenance of the property was also severely lacking. Our room had several issues, from leaky faucets to malfunctioning appliances. It's as if they hadn't bothered to conduct any kind of upkeep before our arrival. We had to spend a significant amount of time trying to address these issues ourselves, taking away precious vacation time that should have been spent relaxing and enjoying our surroundings. And speaking of surroundings, let's talk about the location. This place was touted as a picturesque getaway, but the reality was far from that. The location was not only inconveniently situated far from any major attractions, but it also lacked the charm and natural beauty we were promised. The nearby noise and unsightly views made it difficult to find any semblance of tranquility. All in all, I cannot recommend this vacation rental to anyone. The staff's attitude, the shoddy maintenance, and the disappointing location all contributed to a truly regrettable experience. Save yourself the frustration and choose a different option for your vacation accommodations. This place is a definite miss."

"Our stay here was AMAZING !!!! When I say I felt like I was stay in a MTV REAL WORLD because it was so beautiful and spacious… .. and right by the trolly .. it dropped us off right I front of the house and picked us up… the design and layout of the house is magnificent..you can totally tell the people who own the property take very good care of it . I know the next people that stay in it will love it just as much as me ."
