Thomas Travel & Cruise

"My friends and family booked a seven day cruise with this company based on the most knowledgeable and courteous reputation of the owner Ms. Thomas. Unfortunately, we were assigned to an agent by the name of Quiana Patterson and that's when the nightmare began.  Ms. Patterson was very misleading, uninformative, rude as well as adolescently spiteful. I literally had to "chase her down" to obtain payment receipts, cabin information/location, confirmation numbers, etc. so that I/we can select and prepay excursions and/or beverage packages but to no avail did we receive any of the requested information until a few days before our departure.  However, I now can understand why Ms. Patterson avoided me/ our group. Although we booked early and paid/ requested for upper cabins on or above the sixth floor Ms. Patterson instead was placed 98% of our group on the second floor beneath the galley where we were awaken constantly by the deck hands working above. Not only did she add bogus charges to one of the group members account upon their requesting a balcony cabin, she also threatened to have them stay in an inside cabin without windows if they did not comply with her unreasonable, fraudulent charges within the (4) four hour time frame that she gave them.  The dining area selected wasn't where she stated it would be, the $50 overpayment that she charged per cabin was to be refunded in the form of a bottle of Champaign and chocolate covered strawberries (we later learned was compliments of the ship not a reimbursement) and so much more. In conclusion if you should encounter Ms. Quiana Patterson...  RUN!!!"

"Planning experience was the worst i ever experience.i dont advise anyone to plan a cruise through a agent by the name Quianna Patterson. Only word i can use to describe her is awful. Very Unperfectinal. Dont care about clients.all about the money she can get out you..she put me and my family through very hard emotional times..i only gave a 1 star because the owner ms thomas was able to help our group get through it.WARNING !! Dont mess with this company..especially Quianna Patterson. Its to much to even list on here ..the experience i adored with that women."

"pretty horrible company if you ask me. They stole an image from my website and refused to delete it, completely not caring about copyrights. If company operates like that in a scammy way, I should would not trust them in anything else."
