"Lauren is so talented at what she does. She treats my wife regularly while pregnant and postpartum and when my back was so tense the chiropractor couldn’t even adjust me Lauren performed dry needling and loosened it up in a matter of minutes. 36 hours later I was almost 100% pain free and back to normal mobility."
"Lauren and Kasey are amazing at what they do. I took Lauren’s weekly yoga classes which were so intimate fun and relaxing. The moves and tips she shared throughout her classes help prepare me for my unmedicated birth. I did pt/birth prep/perineal massages with Kasey. Kasey is so sweet and personable and the advice she shared really gave me the confidence I needed for my daughters birth. I did the weekly sessions with Kasey and ended up with no testing as a FTM and learned my optimal breathing technique and how to push properly. I am forever grateful to Lauren and Kasey! They are amazing!!"
"Absolutely love Lauren and her staff! So friendly and helpful! Lauren spends so much time with her patients, listens thoroughly and actually cares! She is so patient and reassuring. She explains everything before and during and makes sure you feel comfortable in every way possible! I highly recommend to anyone needing pelvic floor physical therapy!"
"10/10 experience going to Lauren!!!!!!! I was referred by many moms who preached how amazing Lauren is, and they were so right. The environment of her office is so welcoming, peaceful, and calming. She was so informative and, as a mom herself, very comforting because she’s been through multiple different birth scenarios personally. The labor prep was thorough and boosted my confidence that natural labor is just that… natural! She has so many good connections and referrals in the industry to share. Not only does seeing her pre-baby set you up for success for labor (natural or not) but I plan on going back post-baby. Pelvic floor health is so important (thank you Lauren for teaching me that!!) This was the best decision for me to reach my goals in labor and postpartum!!!!!! Highly recommend!! She also offers yoga classes which is a good way to bond with other mothers and find a community!! All of her resources combined set you up for success all around!!!"
"I’ve just started seeing Lauren for my pelvic floor issues and already after 2 visits have been blown away. Lauren is attentive, makes you feel comfortable and had a passion to help others. She doesn’t fit your pelvic floor issues in a box and only do a standard treatment but caters to each patient based on the their specific needs. I was born with hip issues and she was able to alleviate some of that pain on my visit with dry needling. I didn’t even think that would be something that could be attributing to my pelvic floor issues but she explained how the pelvic floor and hip muscles are both effected. I’m forever grateful for her help already and will continue recommending her to others."
