Reviews of New Orleans Visitor Center
"We went to the Visitor Center and met Faith. He was very friendly and so knowledgeable about things to do, places to eat and navigating the city. He gave us coupons to use as well. Stop in and say hi!"
"What a great vibe! So cool! There are ghost tours, swamp rides, it’s right off the Mississippi River, with a train running nearby, and streetcars on Canal street at the other side. There are Mule rides, stop at a cafe for beignets and coffee and enjoy the brass bands that ply everywhere. Artists hang their painting on the Wrought iron gates of Jackson Park or offer to paint your caricature. There are cool mask and Mardi Gras shops, and a sculpture of the founder of New Orleans surrounded by grass as well as an H and M! You get a super cool feel of the French Quarter!"
"Definitely start your trip to Nola here and speak to Ashe ! Ashe totally set us up for the best trip to New Orleans - better than we could have ever hoped for! She's friendly, knowledgeable, and an absolute gem of a human being ! She gave us all the good recommendations for French Quarter finds and places to explore outside of it ! Thank you Ashe !"
"New Orleans is something else! High energy, lots to see and do. Ultimately it was too much for me and I went home early. Not the best for solo travelers..."
"Sam is the BEST!!! Sam sent us on a tour on the Natchez Steamboat for a brunch-Jazz cruise on the Mississippi and it was perfect! Be sure to visit this particular welcome center and check in with Sam and Amy about where to get the best meals, the best deals, and tours you will remember for a lifetime. I wish I could give Sam 10 stars."
