"After spending 30 minutes on a video call with a male going over horrible sexual and physical abuse as he acted completely aloof, he then told me someone would contact me within a week. I told him I wasn't comfortable with anything except video visits. A week later a woman calls me making plans on home visits and coffee dates in public that she would pick me up for. She would have known that wouldn't work if she spent 2 minutes reading my chart. AGORAPHOBIA, SEVERE SOCIAL ANXIETY ETC....No thanks."

"I’ve been going here for little over a year now and while I have had a few therapists at this establishment, I can confidently recommend this place to others who are struggling to find a psychiatric center that is caring, friendly, attentive, well kept up, and willing to work with you on any issues you may have whether it be with mental issues or something else. I have Miss Emily as my therapist and since I’ve found her, an overall sense of calm, joy, and stability has entered my life. She is one of the most loving therapists I’ve ever had; she always check up on me, always listens to what I have to say, always tells me I’m wanted here on Earth and that I’ve got a good life ahead of me coming, that I’m making progress. Mr. Nick is also the same, and listens and discusses with me any concerns I may have instead of dismissing me like others in the past. Miss Kim at the front desk is always so kind and bubbly, and offers me food and water should I ever need it. It’s always a joy to talk to her, and I appreciate her so so much. "So thankful for this place!! My counselor has been one of my main motivators to do better in life! They may have a few flaws with medication management, but that is done through a third party and NiaLife is doing the best they can to keep clientele happy. My counselor has been very patient and understanding with me which is an accomplishment because I have bipolar disorder lol. I have recommended this counseling center to friends and family in the past for the quality of care of the counselors and I would gladly refer more people to give them a try."

"One of my worst experiences ever. I suddenly lost my brother early July and was recommended to them. They wouldn't manage my medication without 3 initial visits which is understandable but getting 3 visits in with a therapist who no calls/ no shows for several weeks in a row didn't cut it for me. I texted her and TRIED calling the office to get in touch with someone but IF you get an answer you're then placed on hold for minutes at a time only to be disconnected. No name or number taken or anything. If I wouldn't have seen with my own eyes that this place is real I would absolutely think it's a scam. I once again tried reaching out today to be placed on hold for 7 minutes and then disconnected. This is why people's mental health is suffering. We just want people who actually care"
