"For my initial appointment she was running late. I had to call the office to see if we were still meeting at 10 after. Then I get a call at 15 after saying she will be an additional 10 minutes, eating up almost the first half of my session time. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate of people’s time. I’ve never heard of charging $10 for intake and insurance verification to be completed. If you take insurance this should be included. Do not recommend this practice at all!"
