"Really cool to get up close to a bunch of different animals. Captain Pat was very chill and had as many interesting facts as he did swamp-related dad jokes. 10/10 humor and experience overall"
"Lots of wildlife. Plenty of gators (the stars, of course). Beautiful swamp. And Captain Randy was an all around great guide. As a biologist, I thought both his current knowledge and his desire to learn more about the ecosystem and inhabitants were commendable and enjoyable. Seeing a wild limpkin (bird), which he quickly identified as a relatively new swamp inhabitant and prolific eater of the ubiquitous invasive apple snails was a treat. He was also just a friendly guy. 4 thumbs up from us."
"We cannot say enough about our tour guide Captain Sam. He was an adventurous, naturalist, survivor and comedian all rolled into one. I'm not sure if you can make requests, but if so, request Captain Sam. I loved how he let us take a couple of moments of silence to listen to the sounds of the swamp. His storytelling was so entertaining and he found the perfect moments to drive fast then slow. I loved his stories of survivorship and was very knowledgable about plant and life. Thank you Captain Sam...or Captain Sambo...so did we win the lottery?"
"We did the night tour, well worth it for the same price as the day tour. We decided to drive out and found that their facility was like a oasis in the middle of the swap. Large sitting area and parking, as well as a gift shop that sells everything you would possibly need with fair prices. Our tour guide was Pat and you don’t get to select them ahead but just know your in safe hands if you have him. Saw just about every creature the swap holds including the locals. For 35$ for 2 hours it was well worth it by far for any swap experience."
