"We rented a manual wheelchair from New Orleans Rental Services that shares this location with PNO. We were 12 blocks away crossing Poydras when a wheel broke (no fault if theirs. Nola streets and sidewalks are rough). Josh Cole with PNO can't be praised enough for his customer service. He drove an electric scooter those 12 blocks to swap out, no extra charge, and hauled that busted wheelchair back. We were blown away. Thanks again Josh"
