"When I got a order and it was said February the 1st and it was February 5th but it was supposed to be at my home. I don't know what it's going on around here. I have order online it said the package was supposed to here but no tracking only 2 delays FedEx needs to do better than this I Been waiting and waiting long enough it is what it is. But Not doing business on time. If fedex won't contribute anything that works with good opportunity. Will be out of business for good. Retail is doing business with that company. Never did a review before my first time doing it."

"The delivery driver marked my package as delivered yet he never even pulled up to my house. I contacted customer service and was told it was delivered and I should contact the shipper for proof of delivery. They in turn sent the seller the exact same information as if that makes it real. These drivers have always been less than professional. Not even bothering to put on a uniform. I stopped shipping anything with FedEx years ago for this reason and have had several issues receiving packages shipped thru them since."

"Employees in their personal vehicles including 18 wheelers and box trucks use the shopping center parking lot as a shortcut to avoid light at Siegan lane!!!! I’ve almost gotten hit twice walking into planet fitness and had to dodge a 18 wheeler coming across the parking lot which almost resulted in a head on crash which I caught on dash cam! They zoom through this parking lot at 30-40 mph easy!!! Management needs to address this problem asap!!!!!"

"Do not I repeat do not work at this location! As an outbound. Especially under the manager name Kyle. Very rude! He had one female scanning they were boxes fill with furniture pieces over 100 something pounds. I was the stacker, I told him those I can not pick up its too heavy. He sent someone down to help but his attitude I didn't like and was very uncomfortable working under someone like that. I truly believe they try to over work the new employees. My second day and last day working there. I wish I could give them 0 stars! Also, I forgot to mention this. I don't know if he's still there. I had to go use the restroom that man stopped me like I had to ask him could I go. I'm a grown woman and I'll be damned If I ask another grown individual could I go use the restroom. No ma'am no sir! He was very rude and unprofessional! And it speak volumes about the company on the kind of people they put in management! That's why I'll never recommend anyone to work at that location!"
