Pizza Hut

"Not sure when this started, but I ordered a pizza online with Pizza Hut and found that delivery doesn't start until 9:00 pm...WTH! I'm in bed usually at 9:00 pm during the week. Because hubby and I didn't want to go out after a long day at work, I waited until 8:56 pm and ordered the pizza. I watched the tracker and noticed that they really didn't start making the pizza until 9:03 pm. Plus they now have Door Dash delivering pizza, which is horrible. The delivery people have no respect for the customers. They have left the pizza on the chair right next to the door, and never knocked on the door, or even sent me a text message. I just happened to take out the trash that evening and found our pizza outside sitting in the chair on the porch. Pizza Hut, your service was great when you had YOUR OWN drivers delivering pizza, and I was also able to order pizza before 9:00 pm. I don't care for Poppa John's or the other chain pizza restaurants, but I am seriously thinking about using them. If people have young kids and want to order pizza for dinner, they are expected to stay up late and wait until after 9:00 pm? Who in the world came up with that crazy idea? Go back to the drawing board and rethink these new policies. I'm out, I cannot and will be ordering from you guys again. "Y’all thd pizza was so good tonight!!! Like it made us love this pizza stop. I don’t get it anywhere else if it’s like it as tonijghtt. I mean it may be a fancy oven or even just the folks, who made it? It was soft, fresh dough with some great service! The young lady at the counter was a doll! Great job. I don’t write reviews. This was mad good!"

"I ordered a pizza at 10:12 pm tonight and was told it would be delivered in 30-40 mins. It is now 11:27 pm and can't get a hold of anyone on the phone to tell me anything. No one will answer the phone. This is terrible customer service at its finest!"

"Waited over an hour in store after placing my carryout order. It wasn't until 45 minutes into the wait they let me know they were out of an item. 1/2 the food was cold. No one was wearing gloves. Cook was visibly eating while on the line. Nasty place. Delivery driver did a better job and managing the restaurant than the person who said she was the manager. 1st and last time at this location."

"I wish there was an option for a zero star, or better yet -5 stars. This Pizza Hut location is horrible. Bad customer service, slow, limited choices, poor management and awful food. Ordered pizza, the $7.99 2-topping special. Carryout order online. Waited 30 minutes to pick it up. Got home and the pizza was burnt. I tried calling. I was on hold for 45 minutes before I hung up. I got in my car and drove back. Once there, only 3 people were working. The phone was office the hook. No wonder I was on hold so long. They weren't answering the phone. After waiting almost 10 minutes. I was help. I explained that the pizza was burnt. She, Pizza Hut worker, said it wasn't burnt. That's how the thin crust comes out of the oven! Then, she said her district manager said they can't give refunds! I insisted on getting the pizza remade. Waited another 20 minutes. While there, the Pizza Hut worker made an announcement to waiting customers that they were out of the stuff pizza crust. Some customers left. Second pizza wasn't burnt. Comparison pictures are below.
