"Self-guided tour is fantastic and the Country Store is wonderful! I have been to the Tabasco Factory twice now and it was just as much fun the second time as the first. I would suggest going on a weekday so you can see the bottling lines in action. The Tabasco tasting bar in the country Store is so much fun and gives you a wonderful taste of most, if not all, of the products. The Raspberry Chipotle ice cream is amazing, and the chili is very good too! Great place to find stocking stuffers or gifts for the person who loves Tabasco in your life. I had high hopes for the restaurant next door. I was unable to try it my first time and on my second visit got to go. All of the dishes where lacking in flavor. I had to send back one of the dishes and the staff where fantastic about fixing the issue. Staff was 5 stars, food 1 star. The nature preserve is amazing! I would suggest walking as much as you can. You can spend a few hours to see everything in the preserve. The fiat time I went was in January and the mosquitoes where non-existent, so it was easy and comfortable to walk around. This second time the mosquitoes where EVERYWHERE! We tried to walk and had to get back in our car with in 10 mins. It was still wonderful but had to drive and jump out at different spots to see stuff. Bring bug spray! I would still suggest to walk if you can, it's so wonderful. Would go back again in a heart beat!"

"Got to the dock quickly but took them a couple hours to get us loaded."
"Lovely self paced tour. Very informative. Lots of things to learn about the factory and the area. Friendly employees. I will bring future visitors here! Reasonably priced. Parking lot is gravel, sidewalks are paved smoothly."
