"This is not a joke…..STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !!!! Loading or Unloading makes no difference…..you will definitely spend a full day, YES 24 hours plus trying to get in & out of here….NO JOKE !!!! I can’t believe whoever owns this place is allowing this to happen, this is the most disorganized warehouse I’ve ever been to…..FIRE EVERYBODY, CLOSE THE DOORS, HIRE COMPETENT PEOPLE THAT WANT TO WORK, AND GET YOUR STUFF TOGETHER GXO !!!!"

"Absolutely horrible. My package sat at their facility for days until I wondered why it hasn't moved, so I called. They claimed to not have it. So I called the retail company, who called them and boom, magically appeared after days of just sitting there. I offered to pick it up but they told me at 10am that it was on its way to be delivered. Here it is 7:30PM and a note was put on the tracking page "too dark for delivery"..... PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST. Seems like people there rather avoid doing their job then just getting people their orders. I'd give zero stars if I could."

"I am highly disappointed in this company's performance. I noticed my delivery was at the closest location to me on a Thursday and kind of hoped it would be delivered for Friday. Monday and was told the the lift to lower shipment to the ground was broken, all of them. Understand things break and I specifically told them please do not try to deliver that Friday . They did it anyway. Called again Monday and was told that it would be delivered on Tuesday. No call no show. I get a call Wednesday saying that they made 2 delivery attempts. They claim that they will be delivering it on that Thursday. No one came also Friday no one came. I requested to get a call notice before Delivery. No one called until the so called 2nd Delivery attempt. I had to get the company that sent the product to pretty much threatened the company to get them to deliver it. Also I don't like the fact that the person they talked to tried to use the hurricane as an excuse to the sender when you didn't inform me you had any troubles during Ida. Finally 19 days later after receiving my shipment it was delivered. I am happy that it wasn't damaged. 25% faster than industry average and all that other posturing needs to be dialed down."
