"Held my shipment got a month and then trues to say they attempted delivery 4 times which was a absolute lie. We have cameras. They were not there when they claimed to be. Then I get a call on day saying I have 24 hours to pick it up or they are going to send back to the shipper. Absolutely zero help from the "terminal manager" even when I said I have proof that you did not attempt delivery when yall claimed to."

"Had an order that was shipped to me that was supposed to be two boxes, only one box and driver took off after handing paper to my brother, didnt ask for signature to verify package. When contacting customer service they acted as though they do not care, said they emailed the facility to look for the box(not call the facility or driver to check real quick) and told me that it would take a few business days. The paper even tells them to double check that all packages are there and to get signature, they did neither. Now it will take no less than 3 days to possibly hear something and then I have to find time to get the second box eventually delivered otherwise I am stuck with part of a product that is unusable without the other part. It is a Friday so they may just be in a hurry to get off early(assuming). May edit if they respond quickly that they have my freight. Update: they did finally find the rest of my order and did petmit me to come pick it up, so I did upgrade from 1 star to 2, but the auto email response after told to email seemed condescending telling me know to email them and talk to customer service. The apology also came across as just say it not mean it."

"I purchased a very large refrigerator from an appliance store about an hour and a half from my house. My husband and I did not want to take the chance that we damage it since it weighed well over 500 pounds. So we decided to hire a company to deliver it to us. We were originally supposed to get the shipment within a few days of the purchase. Many different issues came up and we didn't get it until at least 2 weeks later .... but that is not the near the worst thing about this company. After they made excuse after excuse about not getting it to us sooner, we finally received it damaged in many places. It appears that the Saia dropped the refrigerator somewhere between the appliance company and my house and was badly dinted with parts missing and the water pan completely damaged. We filed a complaint and they refuse to take responsibility. After many weeks went by and lots of frustration, I finally found what I needed to make some of the repairs since it was extremely expensive to do all of the repairs at MY expense. I've had many people come over to my house and saw what happened while remodeling and they all commented that it is shameful for this company not to have taken responsibility for the damage they did to a brand new refrigerator. Don't use them!"

"Saia trucking doesn't seem to care if they deliver your package or not. They also tell you that your package is on the way knowing that your package is still at the terminal. Most unprofessional company I have ever had dealings with."

"Driver never called ahead like I was told he would. They only deliver once a week to residential addresses, so now I’m supposed to wait another week. Tried calling the number the driver provided to reschedule and was on hold for 19 min, before being disconnected, then another 32 min before I eventually hung up. This is the second delivery in a row I’ve had issues with. Will never use again. Had to go to their BR location and pick the items up myself."
