"They do not do what they say they are going to do. They lie to thier patients. They keep you on levels because they see fit they dont follow the guidelines that CARF sets out, forget about filing a grievance I did that months ago and never saw anything out of the situation I still haven't heard back from the state. It has been a nightmare they are supposed to help get you off drugs and to have a stable environment! They have made our life very unstable because can't go work out of town or do anything like that when you go every morning to dose.I filed a grievance never heard anything from anyone"
