"Probably the most unprofessional medical place I've ever visited. Walked in, waited at the window for 10 minutes and no one came. But I could clearly hear all the girls sitting out of view of the main window just carrying on conversations "f this, f that, f you" on and on in a professional environment. Why would I trust picking up or dropping off anything related to my kid's health to someone who operates like this. Hard pass. Go to the location in Beaumont instead."

"Have an appointment for 12:30. It's now 12:29 and 4 people ahead of me scheduled for 12:00. Use this place all the time. Worst service I have had here."

"I've never been treated so unprofessional. My doctor sent my orders in 2/21/24. Later that day I registered online with Quest and set up an appointment at 1:30 pm 2/22/24. I arrived 30 minutes early for my appointment and signed in the waiting room. I was called into a room to give blood but was informed that there was no order from my doctor for the service. I was informed that it's my responsibility to make sure they have the orders and that there was nothing they can do. I had my doctor resend the orders while I waited which he did as well as email me the orders on my phone. After another 30 I asked if my orders were received and was told they still didn't have them. I went back to the waiting room and noticed that my appointment had been remove from the screen, so I left to get my lab work done somewhere else. I was then called 10 minutes later confirming that my orders had been received by Quest. I returned and got my bloodwork done 1 hour and 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment. My doctor had performed his job, I had scheduled an appointment, and then I was treated like I was an annoyance taking up the labs time. How can an appointment be established when all required information is not entered?"

"Made a 9:20 am appointment to do a drug screen as part of my graduate school admissions. I arrived at 9:10 am, there were only a couple other people waiting and I checked in on their kiosks in the lobby, within 2 minutes they called me back. The entire process took 12 minutes, I left at 9:22 am - super fast and easy. The lobby was packed when I left, so I'm sure wait times vary but I had a good experience!"

"I had an appointment, so it was quick and easy. Debbie was the assistant and she was friendly and efficient. I read many bad reviews of this lab. That was not my experience. The sign-in kiosk was simple. I heard a message playing over the speakers that if you did not have an appointment, phone the given number. I can see where that might be an issue but the lady who walked in after me just went to the desk and someone helped her within a minute."
