"I wrote this in an email to them……. Hi! It’s roughly 1830 and I want to report the driver of 2201 as a reckless and careless driver who has no respect for the bicycle lane laws! I was riding in the bike lane going west on Calder ave and the driver came into the bike lane as he was passing me to the point of I had to hug the curb to avoid being hit with the busses mirror. There was no reason for the driver to come into the bike lane other than he wasn’t paying attention or he was purposely trying to harass me! This is absolutely unacceptable"

"My recent experience with this service was not good and pretty scary. Recently I caught the Parkdale Mall bus from the Dannenbaum Station. The driver was driving way too fast (we got from Dannenbaum to Lucas in about 15 minutes and that's including completely stopping at 2 railroad crossings. I can see that for a car but not for a bus). On top of that by the time someone pulls the cord to get off, the bus would have completely missed the "get off" point. Someone needs to monitor some of these drivers before a major accident happens."

"Human fecal matter, urine, vomit, etc. has been coming up from the ground around the restrooms at Dannebaum Station for years. The station is overrun with transients that freely use & sells drugs all day, every day. Also, prostitution is happening down there....hoes, tricks & pimps. Busses are never on time. Bus drivers won't even speak to you if you're not African American like they are. I have sat there in a bus an listened to the drivers and passengers make derogatory remarks about Caucasians, Latinos, etc. Let alone just their general lack of customer service & lack of respect for our community. The only good person you've got working as a driver is the older lady that wears glasses who does the Magnolia route in the a.m. She has been around as long as I can remember, and she should be running the whole show!"
