"When called the number provided to try to get assistance I was hung up on twice. The first time the person who answered said “I don’t have the number you’ll have to look it up another way” and hung up the second time he claimed we were disconnected and hung up again. Calle made at approximately 6/2 816 and the at 817. Ridiculous. I can see my bag but no one is around to free it."

"I’m on a little trip with my family, my sister and my two older grandparents. Our flight back home got canceled due to weather which is fine, no problem. The women at tickets for American Airlines was a nightmare. She was super rude to my grandpa and was overall no help. We said a later flight tomorrow would work just as long as we can be on the same flight. She then proceeds to book the three adults together and is pushing on putting my little sister in her own later flight. At this point she’s yelling at us and we’re all in shock about how this women is handling this situation. We’re a friendly pack and there was no reason to treat us like this. Super surprised and extremely unprofessional."

"I’m on a trip with my grandparents and sister. Our flight got cancelled due to weather. They had scheduled me, the only minor by themself on the earliest plane and left the adults together on a later flight. We tried to get all the flights together, we were more than willing to wait longer throughout the day. The lady working with us was very rude and refused to even try to understand where we were coming from. She told me I was old enough to fly by myself and didn’t want to book me on a different flight. She was screaming like a crazy person and causing a scene. Eventually the manager had to come and help us sort it out. At the end of the day we were all scheduled on the same flight, but it was completely unprofessional and uncalled for."

"Terrible customer service. My flight was delayed and my bag arrived early. I’ve been trying for days to retrieve my bag, there’s never anyone here at Customer Service Baggage. I’ve come back to the airport in person TWICE, spent 2 hours on hold with the 1-800 customer service number, the Shreveport office was supposed to call me, they never did. I’ve been knocking on their door for hours. NOTHING."
