"After a horrible experience with Alligent the United counter worker was nice and helpful. I was able to get booked out on another flight. I was glad it did s not cost a million dollars…very reasonable. I will get home 5 hours later but at least I am back today. Thank you United."
"When I approached the United counter at SHV to ask if I could accompany my 15 yr old grandchild to the gate the lady whose line I was in was going to try to make that happen. Her supervisor standing next to her overheard our conversation and rudely said NO can’t do it unless I pay $150 to register my grandchild as an unaccompanied minor. I understand the rules and was ok with it but the man was rude, abrupt and, frankly, a jerk! There would have been a nicer way to tell me that wasn’t possible. Because of him I won’t be flying United EVER."
"I was only here because my flight out of Tulsa that had already been delayed a couple of hours landed here instead of Houston where we were kept on the plane without a bathroom for a couple more hours before getting into Houston too late to actually catch my international flight. I suppose it's not the end of the world as this was just part of a streak of 14 consecutive flights from United that were either delayed canceled or otherwise interfered with due to some manner of united incompetence IMO"
"Very disappointed. Original flight was cancelled. Got that fixed. Then he was stuck in Denver over 24h. All the airline did was give food vouchers. Seriously?!?"
