"If you have packages that need to be delivered.... go the extra mile, save your self the aggravation, MONEY and go to another business. I've spent several weeks playing the CLAIM game after a package that was sent internationally during the holiday was pilfered through, damaged and ruin. It was immediately brought to thos company's attention. Even though it's a third party establishment and my package was sent through them, I was instructed to file a claim with FedEx. I did. It was denied because FedEx claimed that I needed to file a claim with them. After several visits and ignored emails the manager FINALLY acknowledged that there was an issue and had me submit all documents and pictures. Here it is February and instead of trying to rectify the situation, I was that they couldn't do anything. Right is right. Wrong or wrong. It cost me $126 to mail off a $50 dollar gift that consist of perishable and a gift card. Fedex informed me that Parcel express should have said something in regards to customs laws. They did not because the SALE was more important. If they are a business they should be knowledgeable enough to info customers. I've sent packages to military friends and family all over the world and I've never had an issue like this. I take pictures and I itemize all contents. The perishables can be replaces. The funds can not. For me to be willing to pay that much it's obvious that it was done out of love for a family member. The package was insured and still nothinhg has been done. They will never get my business again and as a consumer it would behoove you to protect your hard earned money and ship by carrier pigeon instead; because given this experience I am sure that they are more knowledgeable, more accountable and less nonchalant."

"I would recommend steering clear of this place (to put it mildly). It would be much easier to get boxes from Walmart and go to USPS instead. The staff that works there seemed to be befuddled, lost or just plain confused. The staff there are terse and inconsiderate to customers to put in plainly. I have shipped there a number of times but it is always a hassle and headache dealing with these folks. Well, back to shipping it myself."

"This place offers an indispensible service and has competent assistance. Mail will cost more than the post office but it offers speed and convenience. They are approaching their goal to be a full copy center. They could use heavy duty staplers. One downside is the small parking lot that floods with cars making it difficult to navigate."

"I'm not sure if the other reviews were based on old management/employees, but my husband and I never had any problems. We use their faxing, copying, and shipping services. They always greet every customer and if they are busy they let you know they will be right with you. The man that works there has always gone the extra mile to help me with whatever I needed and he is patient!"
