Huddle House

"HORRIBLE!! I feel our server tried but had ZERO help. We exclaimed that we needed to get our food promptly due to an appointment an hour away. We were brought 1 waffle to the tabble with in 5 min (we ordered 6 total). We watched as my mother ate her waffle as none of the rest of us received any food. 30 min later we finally told server to just pack up what they had ready so we could go. Never received any other waffles and no eggs..... EGGS really!!! The simplest of all things to fix. To top it off the floors were all sticky, there was jelly stuck to the table, and the rest rooms were filthy. Pretty sure there was waste on the floor in front of the mens urinal. Not trash waste...... human!! It was the wrong color to be mud. Me and my family will NEVER return to this restaurant. P.S. 2 employees were in the parking lot yelling and dropping F- bombs right in front of the restaurant. You know a "Family Restaurant""

"After having a bad experience here weeks prior, I decided to order pickup today. Serving was small for the stuffed hash browns for it costing $14. As for the strawberry waffle.... it was mushy and stuffed into small packaging. I will not be coming here again."

"Went in for a bite, skylar was the cook and she always does a great job. Food looked amazing and was hot. Servers were attentive got refills and they made me feel at home. Restaurant was clean, bathrooms were clean. Rachael and Vikki made sure our experience was enjoyable. Everything was delicious!!!"

"We stopped by on the way home and wish we hadn't. Our waitress at first was nice but all the workers were playing and not paying attention to us much. While we were waiting to order one employee was cleaning the counters with bleach spray. I watched him spray and wipe the same spots several times in a row before moving. The smell was so strong my eyes were literally watering. Even our waitress told him to stop it was so strong. We waited for what seemed like an extra long time for our food considering that by then we were the only ones there. The waitress came by and asked "what y'all want" and just stared at us. We had no idea what she meant as we had already ordered but then she hollered "with y'all food". She meant condiments but never said that. When our food arrived we were surprised to see that it was cold or room temperature. My waffle was cold and crunchy and my scrambled eggs with cheese just had a slice of cheese on top of it, not mixed in. My daughter's hamburger was missing half the stuff and when the waitress took it to fix it we could see her just putting the stuff on but it still took almost 10 minutes. Our third person had a steak that was cold and rubbery and while we weren't expecting a steak house steak, it was very hard for them to eat it. This whole time it still smells like bleach and now cigarette smoke from the workers. The restrooms were trashed and the stall door was so loose it hit my daughter as she was exiting. We paid $64 for this experience and practically ran out the door. Haven't been to a Huddle House in years and won't be back any time soon. Very awful place."

"Stopped in for Sunday breakfast before getting on the road. The place was packed and they seemed to be shorthanded. I only saw one cook. The waitresses were doing the best they could taking care of their tables. They moved fast and checked in often to see if we needed anything. It took about an hour to get our food. My omelet was good. The only thing I didn't care for was the cheese they used. The peach tea was the best I have had. The biscuit was delicious. The apple-smoked bacon was cooked just the way I liked it. Husband had the French toast with eggs and sausage. He said it was very good. The restaurant is small."
