"I ordered a peloton bike delivery on a Saturday. The first date I scheduled, they sent me a text at 9am saying they would be here within a half hour. They ended up not making it to the house within the 3-hour window. I called customer service and they told me they attempted delivery at 8am. I was at my house the whole time, and no one rang the doorbell or knocked. I was forced to reschedule for the following weekend. Thankfully it showed up within the 3-hour window the second time. When the shipment finally arrived everything was great, but getting to that was a hassle."
