"I would give ZERO stars if I could. They lie on their website and state they guarantee delivery or money back, which they don’t. Site states Next Day Air Saver has Saturday delivery but it does NOT! Then on a Next Day Air delivery that was shipped on a Wednesday with guarantee to arrive by 4:30p Thursday, they claimed severe weather caused delays (second time in a month) and it wouldn’t get here until MONDAY! When I asked what severe weather, they claimed it was in a sister city in which I was sitting that has had no weather AND hadn’t even made it to that city yet. The hub it was coming from didn’t even have bad weather. It’s on a truck less than 150 miles away on Thursday yet newest delivery says by 7PM MONDAY. At the very least it should be FIRST delivery Monday morning. The chat room is some overseas idiots with poor English skills & Delilah decided since she couldn’t answer my hard questions that called UPS out on their lies, she’d just fall off the chat without a word. Useless as can be!"
