"I first went to Dr. McClure 5 years ago to get an IUD. Appointments went fine, and I had no issue with communication. She seemed caring and kind. Fast forward to now, I've been waiting about 4 months for an IUD. I knew it would take a little while with insurance, but the first time I called (a month after my appointment) it sounded like they didn't know what I was talking about and hadn't even ordered it. I've called multiple times after that with no real information, and no contact with anyone beyond the office staff. I'm sure this is out of the office staff's control, and they are just giving me the information they know. I've never received any follow up calls from the doctor. This last time they told me it should have taken 4-6 weeks, but it's been about 16 weeks. I'm not sure if they even ordered it at this point or what is going on, but I will be going somewhere else. *UPDATE: I spoke with my insurance, and they confirmed that no IUD was ever ordered for me. *SECOND UPDATE: I went to a different doctor and had my IUD replaced within a month. Don’t waste your time here."

"Dr. McClure staff is nice but she is terrible. Waited 2hours to just be seen then went back to the room to not be seen by her for another 45min. She was rude and didn’t have any bedside manners. If I could give her an zero star I would."

"Dr. McClure’s office is a JOKE! Besides scheduling tests that weren’t even ordered, they are not knowledgeable of what your problem is. The answering service lady isn’t professional, and the front desk staff is rude. My daughter was prescribed medicine and told that if ins. doesnt cover it, to call back, and something else would be prescribed.... knowing that their phones are down!! What doctor’s office does this??!!! ... It’s been 2 days and STILL nothing... they assured me they would call back by 1pm and here we are... it’s 1:17 and they close at 2. These ppl do not care about their patients at all."

"First star is for her AMAZING staff! They are the primary reason I continued to see McClure. Second star is for McClure appearing to care about me as her patient...always being polite and kind. However, the truth of the matter is I felt no connection to this woman throughout the whole 9 months of me being her patient. Every appointment was the same. She had nothing new to tell me. It was always, "Everything appears great, see you next time". I felt as if she was not interested to know any of my concerns. That's not the worst part. I was scheduled for an induction and when I showed up for my appointment, they were not able to admit me and when McClure was called she told the hospital staff that she never set me up for the appt?!?!?! Excuse me??? She ended up rescheduling my induction at a different hospital the following morning and I was sent home yet again!! Apparently I was never told to show up there either. Finally, a few hours later, the hospital called and told me to come in and I was admitted. Quite the unnecessary run around on top of being made out to be a liar Would never, ever, ever recommend her. Beware!"

"She don't care! (Do yourself a favor, find another doctor.) I am 11weeks pregnant for my fist check up with Dra. McClure, she did nothing in me after 2months I received a big bill even I'm 90% covered in my work health insurance. And then I let it pass.. I paid it. Next experience: It's my baby gender ultrasound schedule. They keep me waiting from 2:30pm until they close just to tell me she don't know. I let the check in staff know about my appointment and they confirm it in their computer system I also let the nurse inside know about my ultrasound schedule. But they just keep me in a room and I waited their just to found out they're about to close in a second. WORST EXPERIENCE!"
