"I got a recommendation from a friend to see Dr. Guidry after moving from another state last year. The first time I saw her was for a routine annual exam and it was quick and easy and I didn’t particularly have any feelings about the interaction. My last interaction solidified my opinion of her, however, as she had a terrible bedside manner. I tried to voice my concerns to her and she kept shutting me down and did not for a second try to listen to what I had to say or ask me about my symptoms. She then proceeded to patronize me about how birth control is better than plan b when I voiced my concerns about being on birth control. It’s safe to say that I won’t be going back to her, and I will be searching for a doctor who intends to listen to their patients. After all, the patient does know their body best, and it’s important for a doctor to understand their patient’s symptoms and concerns."

"Poor experience with birth of my third child as she was on call over the weekend to complete my newborn’s circumcision in the hospital. After coming a day late she states she didn’t have time to see us as the day before. She had poor bedside manner and did a poor job on my son’s circumcision. Very disappointed."
