"I was recommended to Dr. Thomas because of her expertiese with hormone imbalances. While the office was able to get me in for an annual quickly (with her Nurse Practitioner), I was told her staff would contact me to schedule a telehealth visit which was quicker to get on her calendar than a face-to-face visit. That was over a week ago. They called to schedule on a Friday at their closing time so there was no way to return the call that day. On Monday, I called again and had to call back twice before anyone answered the phones and then leave a vm message with someone who wasn't who I requested to speak with. Today, I tried calling again since no one has bothered to return the call. The first 3 calls, the line was steady busy. The last 2 calls, no dial tone at all. Did they pay their VOIP bills or are they just ignoring the phone calls? Needless to say, I guess I'll be looking for another new doctor."

"20 years ago, Dr. Thomas saved my life. I had abdominal pain related to a cyst that twisted around my left fallopian tube. I wasn’t in pain during my visit with her, but I had a fever that I thought was just from catching a cold. She, with the help of everyone in the clinic, talked my mother into having me admitted to University Medical Center and she personally walked me over. After a few days on antibiotics, I ended up needing emergency surgery and lost the ovary but I’m still here to tell the tale. I can’t imagine she’s gotten anything but better at her job in all this time and that anyone in her care would be anything other than safe and well looked after. I’m not sure if she reads these, but I’ve always wanted to say: “Thank you, Dr. Thomas!”"
