"Dr. Childress is great, the 1 star is for her front desk staff. They are completely rude and insensitive to the patients especially the supervisor Kaylyn Crosby & Jodi ! They don’t even deserve the 1 star!!! Baton Rouge General need to consider keeping them as employees!! Here we are 3 months later & I’m still haven’t been seen. Waited a whole year because of the front desk careless mistake. Was notified at my appointment that they no longer take my insurance. I took off work for this appointment. I find it very careless that no one informed me of this in the 2 months timeframe that my insurance was no longer accepted. Maybe its good i get a new doctor because her office staff is very unprofessional and don’t care at all about the patients!!"

"Wish they were easier to reach. Waited almost two months to be seen with having pain almost daily. I get it I’m a new patient. But then I get a voicemail I need to reschedule cause doctor will be out. They never answer despite me calling and leaving voicemails. It’s frustrating trying to be seen as a new patient"
