"The scheduling department is the absolute worse. You cannot get an appt with your doctor even if you went to emergency room twice and saw nurse practitioner. And still having issues. Your doctor is booked up until the end of of summer. Marsha and Kia are very horrible with scheduling. I’m a scheduler too. It’s very unprofessional to lie about appt day and time when the patient shows up. There is an issue. You make it hard for your front desk clerks who have nothing to do with scheduling and they get the heat because of your carelessness. I would love to bring this to my doctors attention because I’m am displeased with the service being provided. It’s sad to say I’m afraid of still using her as my doctor because if I really need for medical emergency while pregnant I’m not too confident that I will have a safe delivery and I do not want to suffer a miscarriage. Good medical staff are hard to come by now a days. I missed the old days when you would interact with your doctor and not pass along to a nurse, scribes, or medical assistant who can careless about a patients healthcare and in this field for money."

I truly believe she is doing the work she was born to do, because she does it with such care, competence, and enthusiasm. I am very fortunate to have met her and her staff.
