"Dr. Pennison was a great doctor--but I will never use this place again. Every appointment we went to I asked at the desk if I had any outstanding payments to make. I ALWAYS paid them. A year later, I get a letter from a collections agency saying we were "delinquent" on a bill. Fine--maybe we missed one bill. I paid it. A month later, I got another very RUDE letter from another collections agency saying I owed even MORE money on an "unpaid" bill. When I called that agency, they wouldn't give me more information on why I still owed money and told me to call Premier. We have called Premier multiple times and keep getting transferred to a Billing Dept that won't answer the phone. ALL OF THIS HAS HAPPENED WITHOUT A SINGLE PHONE CALL OR LETTER FROM THE ACTUAL PREMIER COMPANY asking for payment. They haven't reached out to me at all. They want you to pay them in a timely manner, but can't be bothered to answer any questions or you know---call and ask for payment themselves when I have been very up front and understanding to them. They were extremely unprofessional. The doctors, were very nice--but if you don't want your credit ruined, use someone else!"
