"I have never experienced a doctors office with a staff this horrible. I had a trans-vaginal ultrasound (my first ever) and not one word was spoken to me throughout the whole process, she just stuck it inside me with zero warning or explanation. She didn’t point out the baby or the heartbeat… nothing but silence. She ruined my first ultrasound experience. Then the billing office, don’t even get me started on her. ZERO care for who she was speaking with and their preferences and extremely pushy. 0/10. The doctor herself seemed nice, but I left her office is tears and fuming at the care we received."
