"Friendly, helpful, kind generous, professional, and down to earth. The only thing that I see that could be better is that I wasn't given a hint of how expensive a partial implant would be. Just 4 implants for a partial plate would have been $12,000.00. If I had known, I wouldn't have paid $150 for the evaluation and test procedure to see if I physically qualified. However, I will go back to this place. Love their knowledge, their attentiveness, and their kindness. They give awesome treatment and felt very at home. The staff was kind and friendly even though they were busy."

"Super bummed. Spoke with Dr. Carly. I needed a simple I Tero mouth and teeth scan. They have the equipment and are capable of doing the job but simply wouldn’t do it and when I asked why she used a lot of words to say nothing. There was no tangible reason why they wouldn’t do it other than “it’s not in our guidelines”. Wouldn’t look into why it’s not, wouldn’t go above and beyond for me for something simple. If this is their customer service, I would recommend staying away. Guess I’m driving 3 hours to Dallas to have my I Tero mouth scan. Oh well. 0/5 would not recommend them"

"I could write a book on how wonderful everyone is here and I hope my experience will help someone else. I’ve had dental issues since I was a child so I had a lot of anxiety just thinking about going to the dentist. When one of my crowns came off two years ago I was fortunate enough to be scheduled to see Dr. Hastings. She is the best dentist I’ve seen in 63 years! She has the kindest bedside manner and immediately put me at ease. I was embarrassed I had let my teeth get in the shape they were in. But she never once made me feel bad or ashamed. She explained in detail the shortcut options and the best long term plan. Now, after almost two years I have the healthiest gums and teeth I’ve ever had. I have so much appreciation for Dr. Hastings and Dr. Haydel for their professionalism and care for me on each of my many visits. I hope this review will encourage someone else to take the step to a healthier, better smile."

"All locations never have any bookings for MONTHS AT A TIME. You can never call to reschedule because your appointments will be 3-6 months out. I have a yearly cleaning every year in February. This year had to cancel for family emergency. Couldn’t get in until 23 May. Now had to cancel and cannot get in until September 5th. They said short staff but I’ve been with them for years because the work is quality but you cannot miss a single appointment! It’s so unbelievably frustrating. It is the SAME WITH THE KIDS. She looked up another location than the Barksdale Blvd and still couldn’t get me in until AUGUST. It’s just crazy to me. ALL of the Shreveport/Bossier Family Dental Locations are short staffed for 5 years?! I’m just thinking even a month out is fine but this is just insane! Extremely and always have been disappointed with this service side of it because I love the amazing dental work they do. Just hate the wait and fear of having a cavity and can’t get in for months at a time!"
