"Dr. Johnson was wonderful. She delivered my daughter c-section because I was full term and my first baby was emergency c-section on Guam. We had a planned c-section for our daughter and it couldn't have gone better. Thank you Dr. Johnson."
"If you’re looking for a natural birth friendly OB, this is not your doctor. She will return with a phrase “well isn’t every birth natural?”. You know what I mean when that is said. No to limited interventions introduced during delivery. She is hesitant to venture outside of her “intervention, epidural happy delivery” mindset and the whole nursing staff did not like working with her. My wife and myself wish we would have changed OB’s week one. We provided a birth plan, she didn’t respect it nor valued it. My wife labored for 26hrs with no conplications nor risk to Mom or baby’s health. She pressed a c-section hard at the end of the night, conveniently the day before her vacation. Again if you’re looking for a natural birth, please do yourself a favor and don’t choose this doctor to be your OB."
"I felt compelled to write a review to warn others about the treatment and concern I was given while I chose to be in Dr Johnsons care because it was the worst experience with a doctor I have ever received. I am a cancer survivor and have had a lot of medical problems partially because I have The Barack Jean which is the reason the many people choose to take proactive steps to hope for a healthier outcome. I saw Dr Johnson about Vaninal tearing that many woman experience After chemo therapy and others have it for different reasons. I begged her to help me. She would always simply test me for a vaginal disease which I never came back positive for and give me an antifungal pill and send me on my way I went through this with her for three years this year at Christmas I was having bad tearing and bleeding and was going on a trip out of state for two weeks I called her office and begged her to see me several days before Christmas she said she could not fit me until after the new year and would not write me another antifungal prescription until she could fit me in. I was bleeding and in so much pain I didn't know what to do so I reached out to a friend who's a doctor in a different field and got a referral to a new OB/GYN and went to him the day before Christmas. He said he was glad he could accommodate me and took over an hour with me because he was concerned and didn't want to assume anything. He did run the same test as Dr Johnson along with many others. He gave me two prescriptions and told me to take them everyday for a month. He actually made me feel cared for and almost four months later I am still cured. Dr Johnson would not even write me a prescription to get through the holidays and told me to try vaseline or baby rash cream which she knew I've tried several times before and they have no effect and do not help at all. She had no concern for the pain I was in and put zero effort in helping me for three years and my new doctor fixed me in the very first visit which was on Christmas Eve. I'm crying as I write this because without his care or concern for me I don't know what I would have done and even considered going to the emergency room because the pain was unbearable and there would have been no way I could have went on my trip. Being a cancer patient I have seen many doctors and Dr Johnson is by far the most uncaring one I have ever met."
"I absolutely love Dr. Johnson! I made it very clear from day 1 that I was not interested in a C-section. Dr. Johnson let me carry full term (a couple days after my due date). When she decided to induce, I was not showing any signs of baby coming. Because she knew my wishes, she upped my drip slightly to help get the ball rolling quicker. This started at midnight and by 9 am, I had a beautiful baby girl naturally. She never once forced or even mentioned a c-section. We did discuss that of course if needed, we would do one, but only if needed! She was so calm, informative, and precise. My whole experience was everything and more than I expected!"
"I'm writing this review on behalf of my sister. My sister's Dr. was not available at the time of her labor and she was forced to have Dr. Johnson deliver her baby last week. Once at the hospital after her labor contractions started, Dr. Johnson tried very hard to bully my sister into getting induced. When my sister decided against it, Dr. Johnson was upset and had a massive attitude when my sister wanted to wait. Dr. Johnson seemed very impatient and explained that because it is the weekend, there weren't many dr.'s at the hospital so it was best to "get this going". Dr. Johnson also broke her water against my sister's wishes. The labor went very well except for a few minor issues that could have been handled with an episiotomy. Dr. Johnson seems to have a reputation for being impatient, rude, insensitive & self- focused. Not only was this witnessed first hand but the nurses ALSO agree which is NEVER a good sign. My sister was given advice to avoid her at all costs and so she went with a different OBGYN only to have her deliver her baby. Now she knows why."
