"I recently had the pleasure of working with Tammy and the experience exceeded all my expectations. She's a top-notch professional who goes above and beyond for her clients. From the moment I contacted Tammy, her dedication to ensuring I received the best insurance coverage was evident. She took the time to understand my needs and concerns, providing me with personalized recommendations tailored to my specific situation. Her in-depth knowledge of Allstate's products and services was impressive, and she patiently walked me through each option, explaining everything in detail. Much appreciated!"
"I switched to this agency a few years back and have been very satisfied. I spent time with an insurance broker and after many hours they couldn't come up with anything better than what I have at Allstate. If I call I am able to talk to someone very quickly and everything is explained thoroughly."
"Writing a review concerning your Employee Tammy, she is very rude she curses on the phone. You probably do not want this person making phone calls and representing your company."
"My experience? Excellent! A few years ago we discovered a puddle of warm water on our living room floor. A pipe under the house started leaking. Called Allstate! Immediately Serv-Pro showed up to clean and dry the house, made an assessment, and within a month we had new flooring. We called the plumper and they rerouted the hot water line and blew out the old line. Minimal out of pocket expenses. In August 2026 we got flooded and Allstate was great to deal with. P.S. If you have flood insurance (and you should no matter where you live) do not deal with the Small Business Administration. They give bad information that will cost you hundreds of dollars and they won't come through with their promises."
"I wouldn’t recommend Allstate to my worst enemy. My mother has been with them for well over 25 years with auto and home owners insurance. Our only claim has ever been for Hurricane Katrina. Last year when Tropical Storm Zeta hit it caused roof damage after filling a claim they said it wasn’t as bad as it appears. But we have water leaking into the house they claim no roof damage. Now Hurricane Ida comes along and caused more damage upon going on the roof myself I see where the wind must have blown something onto the roof causing a huge indentation right where it leaks into the house. The wall dividing the kitchen and living room has bubbled up and for them to say we CAN’T get any money when we pay faithfully with no problems is and major insult. I wish I could have given them no stars. DO NOT GO WITH ALLSTATE. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DON’T HELP AT ALL OUR AGENT DON’T EVEN ANSWER OR CALL BACK. The company should go out of business."
