"Dr. Nhieu is the best doctor I have ever had. She is patient, kind, and attentive. She answered all of my questions when asked and is very personable as well. Her staff were always so nice when I came in for visits. I’m a first time mom so you can imagine how nervous I was during my entire pregnancy. However, Dr. Nhieu took her time and made this experience so much easier for me. My family absolutely loved her as well. I will be recommending Dr. Nhieu to all of my friends and family. "I don’t know how Dr Nhieu has so many high reviews! She’s really terrible. I’ve been to her twice since I found out I was pregnant. First it took me 8 weeks to get in even though i have history of miscarriages, one of which was at 14 weeks, because she “doesn’t take patients til 7 weeks.” At my first appointment I felt very rushed. I had some questions to ask her and you could tell she didn’t want to take the time to answer them. I needed a referral letter to be able to get my teeth cleaned at the dentist and I had to ask them like 5 times for them to give it to me. I also needed to sign a release form so they could pull my records from the hospital I had miscarried at 14 weeks at. And I needed a referral to a geneticist bc of testing I had gotten done there previously and I had tested positive for a certain cancer gene (they never gave me my referral to the geneticist). Anyway I asked multiple times for both the referral and the release form but they didnt give it to me and told me they would mail it. Then the next day they told me to come back up to the office to get these papers. I was really now I have to drive an hour out of my way?? I asked y’all for these at my appointment. At my second appointment which was this morning the front desk was rude. You could tell clearly they didn’t give an f about their jobs. They’re supposed to take a urine sample at every appointment and I had to remind them to get one from me. Then they told me not to but I insisted I needed them to check my urine and they got irritated. Again it was clear they didn’t want to do their jobs or care about anyone there at all. The nurse who took me back was rude too. Dr Nheiu told me she looked at my medical records and didn’t see any reason why I lost my last baby. She said it was “bad luck.” I just have trouble believing a perfectly healthy pregnancy ended at 14 weeks for no reason. I’m trying to be precautious so this doesn’t happen again and no one is taking me seriously. I also got the gender blood test and I’m still not sure how I get the results. Every person I asked told me something different. Which is important because I want to have a gender reveal. All this to say I’m HIGHLY displeased. I don’t feel like Dr Nhieu cares about her patients, and certainly none of the nurses that work for her. I feel like just another check on their list of things to do that day."

"I went for my first appointment after reading a lot of positive reviews. However, I should’ve paid more attention to Robinson’s review. Dr. Nhieu kept pushing procedures on me that I don’t need and didn’t even pay attention to my age before mentioning a preventative procedure that people older than me get. That’s definitely not good for a patient too hear, especially since I’m years from that! Also, her phone went off during our appointment, which is very unprofessional. She only took 15 minutes with me after being 40 minutes late, not even trying to get to know me. I felt like she was just trying to get money from me with the unneeded procedures. I also had wrong information in my appointment notes after the fact that I had to message her to get corrected. I have had much better first appointments with doctors who have taken time to get to know me in order to make informed recommendations. I will schedule with someone else next year who is older and has more experience."

"I had my first ObGyn appointment with Dr. Nhieu and chose her because of all the wonderful reviews everybody gave her. From my experience, I’ll say otherwise. I didn’t feel like we had a conversation. More like she was talking at me. Honestly, I felt like a second rated citizen because I was neither pregnant nor there for a procedure. She is a very textbook doctor meaning that everything she said was from a textbook. I can’t say how helpful she is with pregnant patients or patients that need procedures done, but I do not recommend her for someone who just wants to make sure their reproductive system is working properly. I didn’t learn anything that I didn’t already know walking into that exam. Well, I did learn that I have a tilted uterus so that’s new. Also, nobody measured my blood pressure, but somehow I magically have a blood pressure reading of 118/64 on my online portal."
