"I'm not happy at this time with union/Kemper Life ins I've have paid my insurance every month my history shows for itself always calling the agent when they don't come to let them know to come by so I can make my payment but this last year has been very difficult the agent is very hard to contact i have went n2 the office to pay & office is in another city so I prefer to hv agent come by, well I went in this month to pay for July & Aug bcuz agent never came but said he would than I find out that I'm behind on my April&May payment no way thank God I save my receipts this has been happening to other people please keep your receipts/book now they sending me a lapse I'm looking n2 changing after all these years this seems fishy im a loyal paying customer they should check this out I'm now waiting on a response‼️"

"We waited for two hours for our food . Two out of six of our party received their food and it wasn't right. The rest of our food was given to the wrong table. We waited another 30 min for our food and for the two orders we did receive to be fixed . At that time a manager came out and told us our order will be put back in . We Left very unhappy and hungry."

RUN .There agent came to my house and lied about I had this type of coverage that type of coverage and after reading the pamphlet (which I had to ask for so unprofessional ) none of the things he said was true duh it's on their pamphlet big as cup anywho long story short soon as I found this out I called for my refund which was a couple of days never came back yet said he was gonna call me and my mother back the next day which he did not so I called and called and he never answered my calls then I got put on his reject list it is almost three weeks and still he hasn't called me back yet or answered my calls. I warn you not a good company only wants you to make that payment and not read or check on what their agents tell you about coverage you have. Still waiting on my money."
